P&O UK, Princess and Cunard to Offer Same-Sex Marriages

Carnival Corporation cruise ships registered in Bermuda can offer same-sex wedding ceremonies for couples who wish to get married at sea.

A total of three Carnival Corp cruise lines - Cunard, Princess and P&O UK - are planning to offer same-sex weddings from 2018, with the first ceremony taking place aboard P&O Azura in January.

Princess Cruises has 13 vessels registered in Bermuda, P&O UK has 7. Over the past 5 years, over 250 couples have been married by ship captains on Cunard's 3 liners - Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary 2.
