Royal Caribbean Modifies Allure of the Seas Cruises Due to Propulsion Issues

   May 6, 2019 ,   Accidents

Royal Caribbean modified the itineraries for voyages on its Allure of the Seas due to a technical issue. The sailings were altered because of a technical matter with one of three azipods of the vessel. Allure OTS will have to sail at a reduced speed so port calls were slightly altered.

Allure OTS offers 3 different itineraries over the next 5 months. While some only had port times adjusted, others replaced a visit to St Thomas USVI with San Juan Puerto Rico.

Any shore trips that were booked through the cruise line for port stops that were switched will be refunded.
