As part of the next phase of enhancements to CCL-Carnival Cruise Line's GoCCL Navigator (online platform for travel partners), the company is introducing a brand new “manage booking” user interface featuring simplified steps, a modern look and feel, as well as mobile-friendly capabilities, making it easier than ever for advisors to manage their customers’ bookings.

The enhancements provide updates to how advisors manage stateroom categories, rate codes, dining times, and booking cancelations.

Based on travel advisor feedback, the new features complement the wide range of industry-leading options of the site, such as FIT & Group booking tools, easy-to-use cruise search, rate, and stateroom information, while agents benefit from the advantage of the award-winning training and rewards program.

Adolfo M. Perez, CCL’s senior VP of global sales and trade marketing, said:

“With nearly eight million visits a year, GoCCL Navigator is the go-to resource for travel advisors and the new ‘manage booking’ user interface allows us to continue to support agents with easy, convenient and time-saving alternatives.

“Managing bookings just got easier for travel advisors, and with just a few clicks, they are able to manage a client booking on their desktop or from the convenience of their mobile phone.”
