Princess Cruises announced it had extended Sky Princess ship’s ex-UK season with 6 additional departures in September-October 2021.

The 3660-passenger liner was initially scheduled for deployment in the UK (roundtrips from homeport Southampton) through September 11, but the season is now extended through November 5, when Sky Princess had a Transatlantic repositioning crossing to Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades, Florida USA).

Sky is so far the largest Princess ship to have been homeported in the UK. The 6 extra itineraries include a 10-night "British Isles" departing on October 5 and visiting Liverpool, Portland, Cobh and Belfast.

Also part of the extended UK cruise season is a 7-night "Spain and France" itinerary departing on October 15 and visiting La Rochelle France, Bilbao Spain and Guernsey Island (St Peter Port, Channel Islands UK).

According to Tony Roberts (Princess UK & Europe's VP), “it’s been fantastic to see such strong demand for Princess Cruises’ sailings from Southampton.”
