RCI-Royal Caribbean introduces 7-night Bahamas cruises from Bermuda

For summer 2021 (June through August), RCI-Royal Caribbean International is launching a series of new (company's first) 7-night itineraries leaving roundtrip out of Bermuda.

Vision of the Seas offers an overnight to explore Bermuda's history, culture and cuisine plus a full day at the private island CocoCay Bahamas.

The new itineraries from homeport Kings Wharf (Royal Naval Dockyard) and open for bookings since March 29. The first departure from Bermuda is scheduled for June 26.

Cruising with vaccinated crew, these voyages are available to adult passengers COVID vaccinated as well as children under the age of 18 with negative test results. 

Details on the health and safety measures to be implemented onboard will be announced at a later date. According to RCI, "the health and safety measures to come will continue to be led by science and leverage expert guidance from the Healthy Sail Panel, Royal Caribbean Group’s Head of Public Health and Chief Medical Officer, and local government and health authorities."

Travelers must also meet the travel requirements of Bermuda, currently including receiving a negative PCR test result prior to traveling, testing upon arrival into the country, filling out entry forms. 

RCI’s 7-night e-Bermuda cruises continue the company’s return to cruising following months of successful sailings in Singapore with 50,000+ guests to date who have sailed aboard Quantum of the Seas, as well as the recent announcements of plans for Odyssey of the Seas to sail from Haifa Israel and Bahamas roundtrips with Adventure of the Seas.
