MS Paul Gauguin 2023 cruises in Tahiti, French Polynesia, Fiji & The South Pacific

Paul Gauguin Cruises (aka "PG Cruises", Ponant-owned brand), operator of the longest continually sailing and highest-rated luxury cruise ship in the South Pacific, ms Paul Gauguin, announced its new 2023 schedule including Tahiti, French Polynesia, Fiji & South Pacific itineraries.

The company will be showcasing Paul Gauguin's most sought-after itineraries: the 7-night Tahiti & the Society Islands, 10-night Society Islands & Tuamotus, 11-night Cook Islands & Society Islands, 14-night Marquesas, Tuamotus & Society Islands.

MS Paul Gauguin will be returning to Fiji in 2023 with 13-night Fiji, Tonga, Cook & Society Islands itineraries. The voyages follow in the wake of explorers and encompass the Society Islands, home waters of Gauguin, as well as the Cook Islands with its exquisite lagoons and unique culture.

Other highlights feature sailing across the International Date Line, a visit to the Kingdom of Tonga, and the Fijian islands. Ports of call include Papeete (Tahiti Island), Moorea Island (Society Islands), Taha’a (Motu Mahana, Society Islands), Bora Bora Island (Society Islands), Aitutaki Island (Cook Islands NZ), Vavau Islands Tonga (Neiafu), Savusavu (Vanua Levu Island, Fiji), Suva (Viti Levu, Fiji), Beqa Island (Fiji), Lautoka (Fiji).

MS Paul Gauguin underwent an extensive drydock refurbishment in February 2021 (in Singapore). In addition to the staterooms and suites, Studio Jean Philippe Nuel redesigned the public areas including the restaurants, piano bar, reception area, Le Grand Salon, La Palette Lounge, fitness center, spa and salon, boutique, pool deck. A reading nook was added to Deck 5, while Deck 6 is already boasting a digital museum with 150+ of Paul Gauguin’s pieces, and updates to the sound and lighting systems of the ship.
