Montmerle-sur-Saone (France)

Montmerle-sur-Saone is a Saone River cruise port and town in Ain department (eastern France), with population around 4,000.

• The town runs along the river for 3,5 km (2 ml). It is surrounded by the neighboring communities Francheleins Belleville, Montceaux, Guereins, Lurcy, and Saint-Georges-de-Reneins.
