AmaBella cabins review

Most AmaBella cabins feature French Balconies, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a railing. There are nine total cabin categories, each accommodating a maximum of two guests.

One of the standout features of AmaWaterways’ modern ship design is the “Twin Balcony” staterooms. In addition to a traditional French balcony (also known as a “Juliet balcony”), these spacious cabins include a separate outside step-out veranda, allowing for comfortable use in any weather. All Suites on board are equipped with twin balconies.

Below is a review of the staterooms on the AmaWaterways ship AmaBella, highlighting furniture, included amenities, and complimentary services:

  • Hotel-style queen or twin beds (200 x 160 cm) with plush bedding, under-bed space for suitcases, ample closet space, two long-range portable audio devices for use during tours and excursions, individual climate control, and both 220V and 110V power outlets.
  • All cabins feature a private bathroom with a glass-door shower, hairdryer, premium bath amenities (including terry bathrobes), telephone, mini-bar (available in all Twin Balcony cabins), personal safe, and complimentary bottled water replenished daily. The Owner’s Suite (#302) also includes a sitting area with a sofa and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
  • HD flat-screen TV with local and satellite channels, movies on demand, and an infotainment system offering complimentary in-room Internet access and real-time bridge cam views.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet available throughout the ship.
  • Complimentary alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, spirits) and soft drinks served during lunch and dinner, as well as complimentary use of bicycles.
  • All AmaWaterways shore excursions are included in the cruise fare and feature professionally guided walking and biking tours. To enhance the experience, guests can choose from three activity levels: “Gentle Walkers” (for a relaxed pace), “Active Walkers” (for a more energetic tour), and “Late Starters” (for those who prefer to begin later in the day).
