AmaVerde cabins and suites

Most AmaVerde cabins are French Balcony staterooms, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a railing. There are nine cabin categories in total, each accommodating up to two guests.

One of the signature features of AmaWaterways' next-generation ships is the “Twin Balcony” stateroom. In addition to the traditional French balcony (also known as a “Juliet balcony”), these spacious accommodations include a separate, step-out veranda for use in any weather. All Suites feature the twin balcony design.

Below is a review of the staterooms on the AmaWaterways ship AmaVerde, including furniture, amenities, and complimentary services:

Each cabin includes hotel-style queen or twin beds (200 x 160 cm) with plush bedding, space under the beds for suitcase storage, ample closet space, two long-range portable audio devices for use during tours and excursions, individual climate control, and both 220V and 110V electrical outlets.

• All cabins have a private bathroom with a glass-door shower, hairdryer, premium bath amenities, terry bathrobes, a phone, personal safe, and complimentary bottled water replenished daily. “Twin Balcony” cabins also feature a mini-bar. The Owner’s Suite (#302) includes a sitting area with a sofa and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
• Smart HDTV with local and satellite channels, movies on demand, and an infotainment system offering complimentary in-room Internet and real-time bridge cam views.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the ship.
• Complimentary beverages, including wine, beer, spirits, and soft drinks, are offered during lunch and dinner. Complimentary bicycles are also available for guest use.

All AmaWaterways shore excursions are included in the cruise fare and feature walking and biking tours led by professional local guides. To enhance the AmaVerde river cruise experience, AmaWaterways offers three types of guided group activities: “Gentle Walkers” for those preferring a relaxed pace, “Active Walkers” for more energetic touring, and “Late Starters” for guests who prefer a later departure time.
