The list of MS Oosterdam cabins by type includes 162 Suites, 515 Balconies, 163 Oceanviews and 172 Inside cabins. The ship has 30 cabin categories in total. Of all accommodations, 86% offer an outside view and 68% feature a step-out balcony. There are 28 wheelchair-accessible cabins and 136 connecting rooms.

Below is a review of Holland America Oosterdam staterooms in terms of amenities, furniture and included (complimentary) services:

All MS Oosterdam staterooms feature a spacious sleeping area (2 twin beds convertible to a Queen-size double), en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, massage showerheads, luxury bath products, hairdryer), and a lounge/sitting area (sofabed, vanity table with magnifying mirror). Additional amenities include smart HDTV (infotainment system, Internet, on-demand movies), DVD player (with DVD library), personal stationery, electronic safe and lifejackets (in the closet), direct-dial phone and individual air-conditioning. All cabin categories are equipped with HAL’s signature “Mariner’s Dream” luxury bedding and mattresses, cotton robes and towels, plus complimentary services upon request (shoeshine, fresh fruit, ice service).

All Suites and Balcony cabins include floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a private veranda with lounge furniture (1 table and 2 chairs; Penthouse Suites additionally feature sun loungers and extra tables).

Pinnacle and Signature Suites offer twin beds convertible to a king, bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and a dressing room. Guests in these higher suite categories enjoy premium perks, including concierge service, priority services (check-in, embarkation, disembarkation, tendering, dining reservations), in-room dining (Afternoon Tea and canapés), umbrella, binoculars, Welcome Aboard gifts (flowers, fruit, champagne, bottled water), exclusive Suite Lounge access (Neptune Lounge), private breakfast service (Pinnacle Grill) and complimentary laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning.

The largest accommodations are the Penthouses/Pinnacle Suites (forward on Deck 7), featuring an oversized whirlpool tub, guest bathroom/half bath, powder room/dressing room, separate living room (sofabed) and a dining room (with mini-bar, pantry, refrigerator and microwave).
