MS Avalon Vista (2012-built) is the second vessel in Avalon Waterways’ innovative “Suite Ship” design series, following the launch of Avalon Panorama (2011). Part of the “66-Suite Ship” class, these large-sized riverboats are among the finest options for all-inclusive European river cruise vacations.

The MS Avalon Vista cruise ship features a deck plan with 83 staterooms accommodating up to 166 passengers, served by 47 crew and staff members. The vessel has 4 passenger decks, 4 lounges, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, 1 jacuzzi, and 1 elevator. There is no onboard medical facility or resident doctor.

Avalon Vista was the river cruising industry's first vessel with two full decks of Suite cabins, incorporating some of the most advanced technologies in the sector. The design emphasizes French Balcony accommodations, which are approximately one-third larger than standard staterooms found on traditional river cruise ships. This groundbreaking “Avalon Suite Ship” concept enhances guest comfort with expanded space in both private and public areas. Featuring giant panoramic windows across two full decks, the ship allows guests to fully enjoy both “lounge relaxation” and “private balcony” experiences throughout the Avalon Vista itineraries—regardless of weather conditions.
