Avalon Vista cabins and suites

Most Avalon Vista cabins (80%) feature a French Balcony. Each of these staterooms includes two floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a “Juliet” balcony (also known as a "false balcony"). The ship offers six cabin categories, with a maximum capacity of two guests per cabin. Avalon Waterways does not offer handicap-accessible (wheelchair-accessible) cabins on any of its riverboats.

Trademarked as “Panorama Suites,” the French Balcony cabins span across two full decks. These suites also include Avalon Waterways' registered “Open-Air Balcony,” featuring the industry's first wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding windows (14 ft / 4 m wide) that open to a balconet. This design transforms the entire room into a balcony-like space, while the "indoor balcony" feels like part of the room.

The most affordable cabins are located on Deck 1. These accommodations include two fixed (non-opening) windows positioned near the ceiling.

Hotel beds (“Comfort Collection” twin beds convertible to a queen, 200 x 160 cm) with ample under-bed storage, luxury bedding sets, Egyptian cotton linens, pillow menu, and mattresses with memory foam toppers. Additional comforts include duvets, extra blankets, bathrobes, slippers, a 3-door closet with shelves, bedside tables with reading lamps, individual climate control, 220V electrical outlets (2-pin plugs), and soundproof separation walls.

Each Avalon Vista stateroom has a spacious bathroom featuring a toilet, sink with marble countertops, large mirror, glass-door shower, granite tiles, premium fixtures, L’Occitane bath amenities, and a hairdryer. Additional in-room features include an HD flat-screen TV (with satellite reception, movie channels, and bow webcam), mini-bar/fridge, writing desk or vanity with an armchair, direct dial phone, alarm clock, safe, and complimentary bottled water (replenished daily).

Royal and Panorama Suites additionally offer a seating area with a capacity for six people, furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs, and a makeup mirror. All suite cabins feature French Balcony views.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available shipwide (Internet access may incur additional charges).

Included services also feature complimentary laundry, room service (with nightly turndown), and drinks (regional wine, beer, and soft drinks during dinner). Continental breakfast and beverages can also be delivered to your stateroom via room service.
