- The wellness complex features a Hammam Room (Turkish Bath), Thalassotherapy Pool, 16 treatment rooms (for massages), Snow Room, Salt Room, Relaxation Room (Spa Lounge), and a Beauty Salon (offering hairdresser and barber services). The gym is equipped with the latest Technogym machines.
- Swimming pools include one with a glass roof, two for children only, and one with a swimming lane.
Smoking on Costa Toscana is permitted in open-air areas on decks 7 (Montepulciano), 8 (Bolgheri), 17 (Montecatini Terme), 18 (Viareggio), 19 (Pietrasanta), and 20 (Forte dei Marmi).
Passenger staterooms, designed by Dordoni Architetti, are thematically decorated based on the deck (each with a city theme). Italian design companies were contracted to furnish the cabins, including Molteni&C (furniture), Dorelan (mattresses), Roda (balcony furniture), Flos (decorative lighting), and Dedar and Rubelli (fabrics and upholstery). Costa Cruises introduced the new "Terrace Suite" cabin category on both sisterships, Smeralda and Toscana.
