CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has communicated with its guests and made arrangements for new bookings on Carnival Venezia, considering the significant number of loyal guests on the upcoming voyage.
Due to the large number of loyal guests, certain loyalty benefits will not be available.
It has been announced that Diamond and Platinum guests will not have access to priority embarkation/debarkation throughout the entire voyage. Additionally, their staterooms will not be immediately available upon boarding.
CCL proactively reached out to inform guests about this operational change specifically for Diamond and Platinum VIFP (Very Important Fun Person) guests who will be aboard the maiden voyage of Carnival Venezia departing from Barcelona (Spain) on May 29th, 2023. These guests will not be able to enjoy some of their popular loyalty benefits.
The Diamond and Platinum levels are the highest tiers within CCL's VIFP loyalty program, which are achieved after accumulating 75 points for Platinum status and 200 points for Diamond status.
