Renowned TV Host, Producer, and Travel Expert, Alle Pierce, officiated the christening ceremony of Riverside Debussy on Wednesday (March 13) in Amsterdam, Netherlands, coinciding with the commencement of the 2024 American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) River Cruise Expo.
Embarking on her maiden voyage on March 23, Riverside Debussy will navigate 3- to 7-night routes along the scenic Rhine, Danube, Main, and Moselle rivers. Select itineraries include passage through the Main-Danube Canal or extend further along the Danube to Serbia and Croatia, allowing guests to experience vibrant city life and authentic cultures. The ship's late stays and overnight stops provide ample opportunities for immersive exploration and vibrant nightlife experiences. With a focus on luxury and personalized service, Riverside Debussy offers an all-inclusive experience, ensuring guests enjoy every moment of their journey. Guests seeking extended adventures can combine consecutive voyages for up to 21 nights, exploring a variety of destinations without repetition.
Commencing with a 5-night journey from Brussels to Amsterdam, Riverside Debussy will then embark on a series of 7-night voyages from Amsterdam, exploring cities such as Antwerp, Ghent, and Rotterdam. Dedicated Rhine River voyages departing from Amsterdam to Basel or vice versa offer stops in Speyer, Mannheim, and Cologne, among others.
In late May, Riverside Debussy will transition to the Main River, offering 7-night Danube itineraries with departures from Nuremberg, Regensburg, and Budapest. Special roundtrip itineraries from Budapest to Belgrade will be available in June and September. Additionally, short 3- and 4-night voyages along the Main, Rhine, and Moselle rivers departing from various German cities will be offered in July, September, and October.
As the holiday season approaches, Riverside Debussy will offer festive Christmas Market cruises departing from Vienna, Nuremberg, Amsterdam, and Dusseldorf. The ship concludes her 2024 season with a 10-night Christmas and New Year cruise from Basel to Amsterdam.
