Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has resumed operations from the Port of Dover (England), offering a series of summer 2025 sailings aboard the Borealis to destinations including Norway, Malta, Croatia, the Azores, and Iceland.
The season commenced with the 8-night 'Scenic Fjords and Falls of Norway' cruise, departing on May 28, 2025. This itinerary includes calls at Haugesund and Bergen, as well as scenic cruising through Nordfjord, Innvikfjord, Olden, Skjolden, Lustrafjord, and Lysefjord.
Upcoming voyages feature the 11-night 'Malta & the Scenic Sights of Croatia' cruise, departing on June 5, 2025, with ports of call in Tangier, Valletta, Split, Korcula, and Dubrovnik. Additionally, the 13-night 'Volcanic Vistas of the Azores & Madeira' cruise departs on 4 July 2025, visiting Praia da Vitoria, Ponta Delgada, Funchal, and Lisbon.
Borealis accommodates up to 1,400 guests and offers various amenities, including multiple dining venues, leisure facilities, and a range of cabin options. The ship's smaller size allows access to ports that are often inaccessible to larger vessels.
Dover serves as one of several departure ports for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines in 2025, alongside Liverpool, Portsmouth, Southampton, Newcastle, and Rosyth.
