Carnival's Jubilee ship to introduce shorter Galveston cruises for 2028–2029

CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has opened bookings for its 2028–2029 Galveston programme, introducing a new selection of shorter cruises aboard Carnival Jubilee that will include calls at destinations within Carnival’s Paradise Collection.

The programme will mark the first time Carnival Jubilee, the line’s newest Excel-class ship, operates regular 4- and 5-day cruises from Galveston, providing additional shorter-duration options from the Texas homeport.

From April 2028 through April 2029, Carnival Jubilee will operate a mix of 4-, 5-, 6- and 8-day itineraries. The new 4-day Western Caribbean cruises will depart on selected Thursdays from April 27th, 2028, through April 26th, 2029, with calls at Cozumel, Mexico.

Five-day Western Caribbean voyages will depart on selected Saturdays and Mondays from April 17th, 2028, through April 30th, 2029. These itineraries will include calls at Cozumel and Progreso on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.

The programme will also include a 6-day Western Caribbean sailing departing October 29th, 2028, with calls at Cozumel and Isla Tropicale in Roatán.

Carnival Jubilee will additionally operate an 8-day Bahamas itinerary departing April 1st, 2028, with visits to Celebration Key, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay and Nassau.

An 8-day Western Caribbean voyage will depart April 9th, 2028, calling at Cozumel, Isla Tropicale and Montego Bay, Jamaica.
