Cunard has announced a programme of 93 voyages between October 2028 and May 2029, covering 104 destinations in 49 countries and offering access to 64 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The schedule includes 18 overnight port calls, 18 late-evening departures and an average of 12 hours in port.

Key highlights include Queen Mary 2’s 500th Transatlantic Crossing, Queen Elizabeth’s 115-night World Voyage and Queen Anne’s South America Discovery itinerary, featuring an overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro during Carnival.

Queen Mary 2, the world’s only ocean liner, will operate Transatlantic Crossings, Caribbean voyages from Southampton and New York, a 14-night Norway and Northern Lights itinerary, and a 14-night Western Mediterranean voyage, also available as a 29-night roundtrip from New York. Selected Caribbean sailings include overnight calls in Bridgetown, Barbados, and Philipsburg, St Maarten.

The season will culminate in the ship’s 500th Transatlantic Crossing, offered as a 21-night roundtrip from New York, with embarkation also available in Hamburg, Southampton and Liverpool. The Liverpool departure will mark the first time since 2015 that passengers can begin a Cunard Transatlantic Crossing from the city.

Queen Victoria will sail from Southampton to Scandinavia, Northern Europe, the Norwegian fjords, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and the Canary Islands. The programme includes new 7-, 14- and 16-night itineraries, including a February sailing with an overnight stay in Oslo and a longer Scandinavian voyage featuring overnight calls in both Oslo and Copenhagen. Two seven-night spring departures will explore Spain and France or the Norwegian fjords.

Following a voyage from Barcelona to Miami, Queen Elizabeth will operate four 14-night Caribbean itineraries from Miami, including Thanksgiving and Christmas departures and a New Year’s Eve sailing featuring fireworks in St Thomas. The ship will then undertake a 115-night World Voyage from Southampton and Miami, visiting destinations across five continents, including New Zealand, Australia, Asia and South Africa. The itinerary marks the ship’s return to New Zealand after four years, with calls at Auckland and Wellington, alongside overnight stays in Cape Town, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Queen Anne will return to South America in 2029 for an 86-night Discovery voyage from Southampton, with an extended 90-night option from Hamburg and a 60-night roundtrip from Miami also available. The itinerary combines Caribbean destinations with calls in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Peru. An overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro during Carnival is among the main highlights, alongside overnight calls in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Valparaiso and Callao.

The programme also introduces seven maiden port calls. Cunard will visit Praia in Cape Verde for the first time, while Queen Elizabeth will make maiden calls at Fort-de-France, Martinique, and Nawiliwili, Hawaii. Queen Anne will visit San Juan, Puerto Rico; St Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; Castries, St Lucia; and Colón, Panama, for the first time.

Paul Ludlow, President of Cunard, said the programme combined major milestones, including Queen Mary 2’s 500th Transatlantic Crossing and the return of departures from Liverpool, with the World Voyage and Queen Anne’s Rio Carnival itinerary. He noted that the range of departures was intended to accommodate passengers seeking shorter European trips, transatlantic voyages or extended global itineraries.
