Princess Unveils New Cruise Itinerary

A new way to get to Greenland from the U.S. without stepping on an airplane was recently revealed. 

Princess Cruises introduced a new route that will take passengers from New York to Greenland and back via a cruise ship. For now, the cruise line is just offering a single departure of the 16-day cruise: August 19, 2019.

The trip will take place onboard Caribbean Princess and feature visits to Nanortalik, Nuuk and Qaqortoq, Greenland.

Along the way, the ship will also make a number of stops in Canada. It will call at Halifax and Sydney Nova Scotia when heading to Greenland and visit St Johns, Newfoundland when returning to New York.

Fares for the cruise start at US$2,499 per person, double occupancy, not including an additional US$220 in taxes, fees, port expenses.
