Hurtigruten introduces year-round cruises from Dover UK in 2021

The Norwegian ferry and cruise shipping company Hurtigruten will use Port Dover England as homeport / roundtrip departure port for 4 itineraries in 2021 that go on sale on June 20.

The 1st itinerary (15-day "Northern Lights and Norway’s Winter Fjords Cruise") visits Lofoten Islands, Stavanger, Alesund, North Cape, Bergen, with 2 days (overnight) in Tromso. The roundtrips from Dover UK are scheduled for March 2021, and October 2021-March 2022.

The 2nd itinerary (15-day "Summertime in Norway’s Fjords and Islands) offers scenic coastal cruising, with departures from Dover planned for April-September 2021.

The 3rd itinerary (13-day "The British Isles Expedition Voyage) visits Fishguard, Isle of Iona, Rathlin Island, Staffa (scenic cruising of Fingal’s Cave), Stornoway, St Kilda, Waterford, Islay, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Dartmouth. Departures from Dover are planned for May-September 2021.

The 4th itinerary (15-day "Southern Scandinavia Voyage") is themed on culture, nature and wildlife. The UK roundtrip visits ports in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway's fjords. Highlights include Skagen, Koster, Kiel Canal (passage), Weather Islands, Hardanger, Lysefjord, Oslo. Departures are planned for June-July 2021.
