Silversea Cruises announced its return to service in the Galapagos Islands aboard the new ship Silver Origin, which arrived in San Cristobal on April 30.

Silver Origin is scheduled to depart on her inaugural season on June 19 and the ultra-luxury cruise line will welcome passengers on new itineraries, which have been enriched to take them deeper into the archipelago, as well as to increase the frequency and quality of experiences on offer.

Full vaccinations are mandatory for passengers and crew members embarking Silver Origin, forming part of a comprehensive set of science-backed health protocols.

Silver Origin is expected to sail on a pair of alternating itineraries that incorporate 5 maiden calls, including the island of Santa Fe. Each itinerary will feature calls in the islands of Isabela and Fernandina described as the region’s must-see spots.
