Conflans-Sainte-Honorine is a Seine River cruise port in a commune located in Yvelines (north-central France). The town is located 24 km (15 miles) from the center of Paris (in the capital city's northwestern suburbs). Originally, Conflans-Sainte-Honorine was named simply "Conflans" for its location at the Oise River and Seine River confluence. In the 13th century, the suffix "Sainte Honorine" was added - honoring Saint Honorina - as her relics had been stored in the town since the year 876.
