All balcony cabins and suites feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto private verandas furnished with lounge seating.
For families, the ship offers 121 connecting cabins and four Family Veranda Suites (capacity up to 5). These forward-facing suites are 575 ft² (53.4 m²) with balconies ranging from 55 to 105 ft² (5–10 m²), and include a separate living room (coffee table, chairs, convertible sofa/trundle bed, dining area with 4-seat table) and two bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with twin and upper Pullman bed).
All Celebrity Equinox cabins include two twin beds (convertible to a queen), bedside tables with lamps, ample closet space, private bathroom (shower, toiletries, towels, bathrobes), sitting area (desk, drawers, vanity, sofa), smart HDTV, individual air-conditioning, direct-dial phone, electronic safe, lifejackets (in the closet or behind the mirror), and a mini-bar (mini-fridge in AquaClass rooms and suites), Wi-Fi access, deluxe 100% cotton bedding, and 24-hour complimentary room service. Some cabins have a sofabed and/or upper Pullman beds for additional guests.

Each stateroom is equipped with an interactive TV system (smart HDTV with keyboard remote) connected to a mini Mac, allowing guests to access the Internet, book excursions, make reservations, order services, check onboard accounts, browse menus, and watch on-demand movies. The TV programming includes sports, movies, music, news, ship information, and live camera feeds. TV sizes range from 32 to 52 inches, depending on the stateroom category.
All cabins include multiple US-standard power outlets (110V, 3-pin) and one European-standard outlet (220V, 2-pin). UK passengers need adapters. No bedside outlets are available, so an extension cord is recommended.
