Celebrity Infinity cabins review
Follows the review of Celebrity Infinity staterooms, including amenities, furnishings, and complimentary services:
All Celebrity Infinity Suites include the following bonus amenities: 24-hour butler service (for priority check-in, luggage packing/unpacking, shoeshine), full en-suite dining (expanded room service menu, afternoon tea, evening hors d'oeuvres, complimentary coffee including espresso and cappuccino), dining reservations/seating preferences, and welcome gifts (champagne bottle, fruit, flowers, Celebrity tote bag), as well as an iPod docking station.
Additional Suite perks include complimentary premium beverages, dining at all specialty restaurants (with no surcharge), unlimited Internet access, complimentary mini-bar (water, soft drinks, beer), premium bath amenities (by Bulgari), exclusive access to the Suite-only lounge (Michael’s Club with concierge service), and the Suite-only restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
All balcony cabins and suite categories feature floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading to a private verandah with lounge furniture. On Deck 6 forward, there are 16 Category 2C balcony cabins (8 portside and 8 starboard), nicknamed “Sweet 16” for their larger verandas compared to others in the same category.
The ship has 165 connecting cabins and 12 “FV-Family Veranda” staterooms (aft-facing terrace suites accommodating up to 5 guests). These family suites are 270 ft² (25 m²) with a 240 ft² (22 m²) balcony, and include patio furniture, a 2-seat dining table, a separate living room (with coffee table, 2 chairs, and a convertible sofa/trundle bed), a separate bedroom (with wardrobe, queen bed, vanity, 40-inch TV), and a bathroom (with WC and shower).
All Celebrity Infinity cabins offer the following standard amenities: two twin beds (convertible to queen), bedside tables with lamps, ample closet space, private bathroom (with shower, bath products, towels, and bathrobes), sitting area (with desk, drawers, vanity, sofa), interactive smart HDTV, individual air-conditioning, direct-dial phone, personal safe (in closet or behind the desk mirror), and a mini-bar (AquaClass rooms and Suites feature mini-fridges). Wi-Fi Internet access, deluxe 100% cotton bedding, and 24-hour complimentary room service are also included. Some cabins have additional sleeping arrangements like a sofa bed or Pullman (bunk) beds for a third or fourth guest.
Included bathroom amenities feature bar soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and a wall-mounted hairdryer. Each cabin has several US-standard (110 V, 3-pin) and one European-standard (220 V, 2-pin) power outlets. UK passengers should bring adapters. As there are no bedside outlets, an extension cord is recommended.
Each stateroom includes an interactive TV system (smart HDTV with keyboard remote control), integrated with a mini Mac computer. This system allows for Internet access, excursion booking, service reservations, account checking, browsing menus, and watching on-demand movies. TV content includes sports, movies, music, news, ship information, and live camera views. TV sizes vary by cabin category, ranging from 32 to 52 inches in the largest suites.
Celebrity Cruises’ Penthouse Suites are among the most spacious and highly rated at sea. Each features a foyer, separate bedroom (king bed, 52-inch TV, vanity desk, walk-in closet, dressing room), luxurious bathroom (floor-to-ceiling windows with terrace view, marble flooring, 26-inch TV, double-sink vanity, whirlpool tub, WC with bidet, oversized dual-head shower), expansive living room (hardwood floor, motorized curtains, plush furnishings, double sofa bed, coffee table, 4 chairs, media center, 52-inch TV with surround sound, baby grand piano), dining area (8-seat glass-top table, butler’s pantry, full wet bar), powder room (WC and shower), full guest bathroom, and a massive 1100 ft² (102 m²) veranda with patio furniture, a 6-seat dining table, outdoor Jacuzzi, and outdoor bar with 4 stools.
Royal Suites offer a separate bedroom (queen bed, vanity desk, TV, walk-in closet), a master bathroom (whirlpool tub, separate shower, double-sink vanity), a guest bathroom (WC/sink), spacious living room (L-shaped double sofa bed, coffee table, chair, media center, 52-inch TV with surround sound), separate dining area (6-seat glass-top table, full wet bar), and a large 195 ft² (18 m²) veranda with patio furniture and outdoor Jacuzzi.
Celebrity Suites include an entrance hall, separate bedroom (two twin beds convertible to queen, vanity desk, 32-inch TV, walk-in closet), dual-access bathroom (bathtub and shower), glass-enclosed living room (double sofa bed, 4-seat dining table, coffee table, vanity desk, 2 chairs, media center, 52-inch TV with surround sound), and an 85 ft² (8 m²) veranda. Note: Celebrity Suites 6104 and 6106 do not have balconies, only floor-to-ceiling windows.
Sky Suites (mini-suites) are similar to oceanview cabins, with two twin beds (convertible to queen), a living area (double sofa bed, 40-inch TV, mini-fridge, coffee table, chair), a bathroom (bathtub/shower), and a 55 ft² (5 m²) veranda.
AquaClass (“spa cabins”), located on Decks 9 and 11, are slightly larger than Deluxe Balcony staterooms (190 ft² with a 55 ft² balcony). These offer exclusive amenities and spa privileges, including dining at Blu Restaurant (Deck 5 aft-portside, complimentary breakfast and dinner with priority seating), unlimited access to the Persian Garden and Relaxation Room, daily bottled water and flavored iced tea, Frette linens, towels, robes, slippers, pillow menu, premium bath products, wellness-focused in-room dining (daily canapés, healthy menu), wellness classes, and a personal Spa Concierge. AquaClass bathrooms feature a Hansgrohe 5-head shower tower.
Concierge Class cabins offer priority check-in, welcome gifts (sparkling wine, fruit, flowers, tote bag), evening hors d'oeuvres, pillow menu, preferred dining times, and shoeshine service. Amenities include access to the Concierge Lounge (Deck 3 lobby area with complimentary coffee, juice, pastries) and exclusive Main Dining Room luncheons (on embarkation day), plus high-quality balcony furniture.
Suite Class guests (excluding Junior Suites) have complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Luminae Restaurant (Deck 4 Promenade, portside-aft).
The Retreat Suites include 24/7 butler service, accessible via WhatsApp chat, allowing guests to contact their butler anytime. These guests also receive services from a dedicated excursion expert for personalized land excursion planning and transfer arrangements. A butler escort is available for private shore trips.
The 24-hour room service menu includes both hot and cold breakfast items (cereals, fruit, eggs, pancakes) and a range of lunch/dinner items like daily soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, desserts, lasagna, steaks, quesadillas, and dinner items from the main dining room. Orders can be placed via the cabin phone or interactive TV system.
In 2024, Celebrity introduced the new "Sunset Suite" category, replacing the "Family Balcony" cabins. These aft-facing suites offer unobstructed stern views from oversized balconies and include The Retreat services (dedicated butler), exclusive dining at Luminae, and unlimited access to The Retreat Lounge (Deck 4 midship).
IMPORTANT: Celebrity Cruises applies a USD 3.95 fee for late-night room service orders (11 PM to 6 AM) fleetwide, including on Celebrity Infinity. This fee does not apply to guests in AquaClass, Concierge Class, and Suites.
IMPORTANT: The daily replenished bottled water perk for AquaClass has been discontinued. Guests in AquaClass, Sky Suites, and Celebrity Suites now receive two 9 oz (250 ml) water bottles upon embarkation only. However, AquaClass guests continue to benefit from a beverage package, allowing them to collect bottled water at ship bars. Note: Celebrity Cruises beverage packages are not valid on trans-oceanic voyages (including Transatlantic crossings).
Celebrity Cruises automatic gratuity charges (per person, per day) are: USD 13.50 for standard cabins (Inside, Oceanview, Balcony), USD 14.00 for AquaClass and Concierge Class (up from USD 13.45), and USD 17.00 for Suites (up from USD 16.45). These gratuities are shared among the ship’s service staff, including dining, housekeeping, and cabin attendants.
