On Deck 4 are the aft Dolphin Hall (lower level 1 of 2/stage floor served by the Dolphin Bar), one Utility Room, the full-circling Promenade Deck, as well as passenger staterooms from 400 to 444, all of which are outside/oceanview cabins.

Three Lifts/midship Elevators interconnect decks 1 through 7.
