Review of Scenic Aria deck 2 (Sapphire-Cabins-Dining-Wellness)

Wellness Area (starboard) includes a small Spa (massage room) and the Beauty Salon (manicures/pedicures, hairdresser/barber services).

Fitness Centre (portside) is a small gym room, equipped with an elliptical trainer, recumbent bike, rowing machine, treadmill, and a large TV. Bottled water and towels are complimentary provided at the Spa and Gym facilities.

Elevator (mid-level 2 of 3)

Crystal Dining Restaurant (forward) is the ship’s open-seating Dining Room. It has a single-seating capacity, floor-ceiling windows (on both sides), central buffet station. The Crystal restaurant’s dining times are as follows: Breakfast (7-9 am), Lunch (12:30 – 1:30 pm), and Dinner (7 pm). Breakfasts and lunches are buffet-style, with some hot dishes available for off-menu ordering. The breakfast menu has fruits, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, cold meats, fish, plus a made-to-order omelet station. The lunch menu has salads, sandwich fixings, 2 soups, 2 main dishes (incl vegetarian), regional cuisine specialty, pasta and carving stations, cheeses, desserts (including cookies, cakes, ice cream). Dinners (waiter-served) as menu feature 2-3 appetizers, 1 soup, 1 entree (incl meat, seafood, vegetarian), 1 dessert. Always available are salads (green, Caesar), hamburgers/cheeseburgers with fries, chicken, steak, and dessert cheese plate. Captain’s formal dinners (Welcome and Farewell) are held here. At lunches and dinners are offered complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks.

Scenic Tours' Cruise Director often schedules culinary (food and wine-themed) events on the ship. Among those are the galley tour and live cooking demonstrations by the boat's Chef.

Table la Rive/Table d'Or is for the Scenic’s “Chef’s Table” (private dining) concept). This is a 10-seat dining room serving a 3-hour gourmet dinner with a 6-course menu, complemented by fine wines (a different wine by course).

Sapphire Deck cruise cabins from 201 to 221, all of which are Balcony Suites in categories B, BB, and C (aft location), plus the two Junior Suites (category BJ, near the elevator).
