Princess Cruises' Discovery ship homeported in Sydney NSW Australia in 2025-2026 summer

Princess Cruises has announced that the 145000-GT-ton Discovery Princess will be homeported in Sydney NSW for summer 2025-2026 season, marking the largest ship to ever homeport in Australia.

The 18-deck, 3660-passenger liner will debut in Sydney Harbour in October 2025, offering various itineraries. She shares features with other Royal-Class ships, including spectacular Sky Suites, The Sanctuary for relaxation, and diverse dining options, such as the exclusive 360: An Extraordinary Experience.

The ship boasts numerous amenities, including 14 restaurants, 10 bars, and lounges, as well as the SeaWalk, a breathtaking glass-bottomed walkway, and the Chef’s Table Lumiere (VIP dining experience). Guests can also enjoy the MedallionClass amenities and services.

Discovery Princess will join Crown Princess and Grand Princess in the 2025-2026 Australian program, set to be fully revealed on November 15, 2023, and available for booking on November 29, 2023.
