P&O Cruises has confirmed that its winter Caribbean fly-cruise programme for October 2026 through March 2027 will be supported by a trio of airline partners, ensuring direct uplift of passengers from the United Kingdom to embarkation points in the Caribbean for sailings aboard Arvia and Britannia. The carrier arrangements reflect continuity with previous seasons, maintaining links with established partners to deliver integrated air-sea travel arrangements.
Under the agreement, Norse Atlantic Airways will operate scheduled services on selected Saturdays from Manchester and London Gatwick to Antigua and Barbuda, as well as flights from Gatwick, Manchester and regional UK cities to Barbados. Alongside this, TUI Airways will offer Friday and Saturday departures to Barbados from Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester, supplemented by additional regional flights from cities such as Belfast, Bournemouth, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow and Newcastle on selected dates. A third partner, Virgin Atlantic, is scheduled to operate a dedicated Airbus A330 charter service from Manchester to Barbados at approximately fortnightly intervals, with passenger cabins offered in three travel classes.
The aircraft deployed by Norse Atlantic and TUI Airways on these services will include Boeing 787 Dreamliners configured with economy and premium-economy seating, while the Virgin Atlantic charter provides a wider class mix. All passengers booked onto the partner airlines will receive a standard checked luggage allowance, provision for carry-on baggage, a main in-flight meal and complimentary beverage service as part of their air-sea package.
This set of arrangements is intended to streamline the long-haul travel element of the Caribbean fly-cruise product, enabling guests to travel directly from the UK to the Caribbean departure ports and join sailings with minimal transfers. Pricing for the combined flight and cruise experience on selected itineraries, such as a 14-night cruise in the Eastern Caribbean aboard Arvia, is published from around GBP 1659 per person for an inside cabin.
The continuation of these airline partnerships has been framed by P&O’s senior leadership as integral to the overall guest travel experience, emphasising the importance of coordinated flight logistics in facilitating seamless transition between air and maritime segments of a packaged holiday.
