Royal Caribbean Drops All Visits to Turkey 2018

   October 19, 2017 ,   Cruise Industry

Royal Caribbean announced that it is cancelling all visits to Turkey for 2018 cruise season in Europe.

The line has decided so, "due to the current unpredictability of Turkey, and taking our guests’ and crew members’ safety and wellbeing into account."

RCI replaces calls in Kusadasi with alternative ports-of-call and instead, Jewel of the Seas will call on Rhodes, Greece. Royal Caribbean's Vision of the Seas will call on Rhodes or Mykonos, Greece.

Pre-paid shore excursions in Kusadasi will be refunded by the end of next week. For similar reasons Royal Caribbean cancelled all visits to Turkey in 2017.
