Hong Ngu is a Mekong River cruise port and a district-level (Class-3) town in Vietnam's Dong Thap Province (Mekong Delta) with a population of around 40,000. Located very close (across the river) is Long Khanh Island.
As a cruise port, Hong Ngu was first included in the Emerald Waterways Asia 2019 schedule of Emerald Harmony (2019-launched/newbuild ship).
The next table shows the riverboat's 8-day Vietnam and Cambodia cruise tour itinerary (northbound route) between homeports My Tho and Siem Reap. Prices started from ~GBP 3,000 per person (double occupancy cabin rates).
