Long Khanh Island is a Mekong River cruise travel destination part of Vietnam's Dong Thap Province (Mekong Delta). The island is located just across the river from Hong Ngu (district-level/Class-3 town).

Long Khanh Island is often visited as a shore excursion option via private boat tours roundtrip from Chau Doc. The itinerary also features passing the Vĩnh Te Canal and visiting Tra Su Cajuput Forest (ecological park). The isle is not to be mistaken for the Long Khanh City (in Vietnam's Dong Nai Province), with a metro population of around 250,000.
