Each of the handicapped staterooms features: larger size (compared to the non-accessible counterpart), wider doors (width 35 inches / 0,9 m, sitting-level keycard slot), wider turning spaces (5 ft / 1,5 m), ramped thresholds, beds with open bed frames, lowered vanity in the sitting area, amplified phones, captioned TVs, wider bathrooms (door width 35 inches / 0,9 m, roll-in shower, fold-down shower bench, grab rails, lower sinks and closet rods, raised toilets, hand-held shower head, seat height from the floor 0,4 m).

All ADA cabins also feature a convenient location near the elevators.

The ship's gangways are all wide enough for most types of wheelchairs and disability scooters.

All decks provide elevator access.

All passenger lifts have visual, audio and Braille deck indicators.

During an emergency, dedicated crew personnel helps all disabled guests (also those with reduced mobility) to board the ship's lifeboats.

Of all MSC Sinfonia cabins (975 total), 224 have step-out balconies (94 Balcony and 130 Suite accommodations). The ship features 9 cabin categories and only 4 wheelchair-accessible staterooms (Inside, categories I1–I2).

All MSC Sinfonia cabins feature twin beds (convertible to a king-size double; some offer sofabeds for a 3rd/4th guest), premium bedding, pillow menu, bedside tables, smart HDTV (infotainment system, Internet, on-demand movies, booking/reservations/room-service ordering), direct-dial phone (onboard calls only), electronic safe, lifejackets (in the closet), hairdryer, minibar/refrigerator, wardrobe, sitting/lounge area with mirrored vanity/desk and chair, en-suite bathroom (WC, single-sink vanity, shower), thermostat-controlled air conditioning, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

Each MSC Sinfonia Suite offers a double bed, ample closet space, en-suite bathroom (glass-door shower and bathtub), and a sitting/lounge area with a sofa bed.

All Balcony staterooms (including Suites) feature sliding floor-to-ceiling doors leading to a private veranda furnished with a round table and two chairs.

MSC “BELLA” cabins are categories I1–Inside, O1–Oceanview, and B1–Balcony.

MSC “FANTASTICA” cabins are categories I2–Inside, O2–Oceanview, and B2–Balcony. Fantastica accommodations additionally offer 24-hour room service, a 50% discount on MSC fitness classes, special kids’ activities, complimentary in-room breakfast dining, and priority dinner seating.
