Each of the handicapped staterooms features: larger size (compared to the non-accessible counterpart), wider doors (width 35 inches / 0,9 m, sitting-level keycard slot), wider turning spaces (5 ft / 1,5 m), ramped thresholds, beds with open bed frames, lowered vanity in the sitting area, amplified phones, captioned TVs, wider bathrooms (door width 35 inches / 0,9 m, roll-in shower, fold-down shower bench, grab rails, lower sinks and closet rods, raised toilets, hand-held shower head, seat height from the floor 0,4 m).
All ADA cabins also feature a convenient location near the elevators.
The ship's gangways are all wide enough for most types of wheelchairs and disability scooters.
All decks provide elevator access.
All passenger lifts have visual, audio and Braille deck indicators.
During an emergency, dedicated crew personnel helps all disabled guests (also those with reduced mobility) to board the ship's lifeboats.

Of all MSC Magnifica cabins, 831 have balconies (including the ship’s 52 Suites). In total, there are 12 cabin categories.

All MSC Magnifica cabins feature twin beds (convertible to a king; some also have sofabeds for a 3rd/4th guest), pillow menu, bedside tables, HDTV, direct-dial telephone (shipboard calls only), safe, hairdryer, mini-bar/refrigerator, wardrobe, sitting/lounge area with desk and chair, en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, shower), individual air-conditioning (thermostat-controlled), and Wi-Fi Internet access.
Each MSC Magnifica Suite includes convertible twin beds, ample closet space, a luxury en-suite bathroom (glass-door shower and bathtub), and a sitting/lounge area with a sofabed. Additional perks for Suite guests include MSC Yacht Club’s exclusive services and amenities, such as concierge reception, access to a private sun deck (VIP pool, Wi-Fi, fruit basket, “under the stars” dining), complimentary 24-hour drinks (specialty coffee/tea, non-alcoholic beverages, juices, beer, wine by the glass, daily specialty cocktail, bottled water), gelato ice cream, free Spa services (60-minute massage per person, maximum 2 per suite), unlimited Sauna and Steam Room access, welcome cocktail, and complimentary private car service on shore excursions.
All Balcony cabins (including Suites) feature sliding floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto a private veranda furnished with a round table and two chairs. Midship Balcony cabins are larger in size.
MSC “BELLA” cabins include the following categories: I1-Inside, O1-Oceanview, and B1-Balcony.
MSC “FANTASTICA” cabins include categories I2-Inside, O2-Oceanview, and B2-Balcony. Fantastica accommodations additionally offer 24-hour room service, 50% discount on fitness classes, special kids’ activities, complimentary in-room breakfast, and priority dinner seating.
MSC “AUREA” cabins are categories S3-Suite and B3-Balcony. In addition to all Fantastica amenities, Aurea accommodations also include: Aurea Spa package, unlimited access to the Thermal Area, one 60-minute massage per person (maximum two per cabin), 20-minute solarium session, welcome cocktail party, priority services (check-in, embarkation, tendering), bathrobes and slippers, luxury spa products, and 24-hour unlimited drinks (specialty coffee, wine and beer, cocktails, soft drinks, gelato ice cream).
