MSC Splendida cabins and suites

MSC Splendida cruise ship has a total of 1637 staterooms, including 107 Suites, 1142 Balcony cabins, 94 Oceanview cabins, and 294 Inside cabins. Most staterooms are Balcony cabins (190 ft2 / 18 m2) with balconies measuring 40 ft2 / 4 m2. The largest accommodations are the MSC Yacht Club Royal Suites (400 ft2 / 37 m2, with a wraparound terrace of 170 ft2 / 16 m2).

The ship offers 16 cabin categories (including SBG-Guaranteed Balcony).

All passenger cabins feature twin beds (convertible to king or double upon request), leather headboard, bedside tables with wall lamps, pillow menu, smart HDTV (infotainment system with Internet access, onboard booking capabilities, itinerary/port and excursion information, movies on demand, live webcam views), direct-dial phone (shipboard use only), electronic safe and lifejackets (in the closet), hairdryer, mini-bar/refrigerator, closet/wardrobe, sitting/lounge area (mirrored vanity table, chairs), en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, shower), individually controlled air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

• MSC “BELLA” cabins are categories I1-Inside, O1-Oceanview, and B1-Balcony.
• MSC “FANTASTICA” cabins are categories I2-Inside, O2-Oceanview, and B2-Balcony. Fantastica accommodations additionally include 24-hour room service, 50% discount on MSC fitness classes, dedicated kids’ activities, free in-room breakfast, and priority dining times.
• MSC “AUREA” cabins are category B3-Balcony and include all Fantastica amenities, plus: a complimentary Aurea Spa package, unlimited access to the Thermal Area, one 60-minute massage per person (max 2 per cabin), 20-minute Solarium usage, welcome cocktail party, priority services (check-in, embarkation, tendering), bathrobes and slippers, luxury spa products, and 24-hour unlimited drinks (specialty coffee, wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks, gelato ice cream).
• MSC Yacht Club Suites include all Aurea benefits, plus access to exclusive Yacht Club venues (private lounge and restaurant), dedicated sundeck and pool on Sun Deck 18 (with bar service, complimentary snacks, whirlpools), and 24-hour butler/concierge service (including dinner reservations, packing/unpacking, and shopping assistance).

Interconnecting “cluster cabins” are designed for large families and group travel. This concept allows up to three staterooms to be linked together. Splendida’s family cabins are classified as SUPER-FAMILY (max occupancy 6 passengers, 2 connecting rooms, 2 bathrooms / 1 with bathtub, 2 balconies).

The new SP3 category “Window Suite” cabins are located at the bow (forward on decks 9-10-11) and feature floor-to-ceiling slanted windows (non-opening), a sitting area (double bed and double sofabed), walk-in closet, and a bathroom with bathtub.

All Balcony cabins have floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to a step-out veranda with outdoor furniture (2 deckchairs and 1 round table).

MSC Yacht Club Suites (categories YC3-Royal, YC2-Executive/Family, YC1-Deluxe) include a master bedroom, walk-in closet, marble bathroom (bathtub/shower), and living room (double sofa, armchairs, TV, Nintendo gaming console). Some Yacht Club Suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows instead of balconies, and some YC1-Deluxe Suites have partially obstructed views (due to lifeboats).

S3-Aurea Suites (Spa Suites) have bathrooms with bathtub/shower. Some are configured with windows instead of balconies, and some have obstructed views.
