Aqua Expeditions offers a range of extraordinary voyages, yet some stand out as particularly rare and exceptional experiences.

This year, esteemed chefs will lead departures in the Peruvian Amazon and East Indonesia.

Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, a prominent figure in Peru's culinary scene and a pioneer of the rainforest-to-table movement, will host two 4-night sailings aboard Aqua Nera from May 14th to 18th and September 17th to 21st. Chef Schiaffino, formerly associated with Lima's acclaimed restaurants Malabar and amaZ, brings his innovative expertise to these sailings. Reservations for both of Chef Schiaffino's voyages are filling up rapidly, with only one suite remaining for the May departure.

In East Indonesia, Benjamin Cross, whose restaurants in Bali are esteemed dining destinations, will lead a 7-night sailing aboard Aqua Blu from August 10th to 17th. Chef Cross, having trained under prominent figures in Australian cuisine, will showcase his signature dishes inspired by the spice routes of East Indonesia, exclusively tailored for Aqua Expeditions.

Later this year, Aqua Mare will embark on a unique 5-night expedition in the Galapagos Islands from October 6th to 11th. This special itinerary will explore islands including Sombrero Chino/Chinese Hat Island, Santa Cruz, Espanola, Santa Fe, and Plaza Sur/South Plaza Island, offering a concise exploration of the Galapagos.

Looking ahead to 2025, Aqua Expeditions announces two new departures aboard Aqua Blu. Responding to high demand for expeditions to West Papua and Asmat, these voyages explore uncharted territories. The itineraries include a 12-night Spice Islands, Raja Ampat, and West Papua itinerary and a 9-night West Papua and Asmat Tribe itinerary, both scheduled for October 2025, with bookings now open.
