MSC Cruises has announced that MSC Poesia will operate a series of extended Caribbean itineraries during the winter 2026–2027 season, targeting Canadian travellers seeking warmer climates.
These voyages, ranging from 10 to 21 nights, are scheduled between October 2026 and March 2027. Ports of call include destinations such as Oranjestad (Aruba), Kralendijk (Bonaire), Willemstad (Curacao), Puerto Limon (Costa Rica), Colon (Panama), Isla de Roatan (Honduras), Cabo Rojo (Dominican Republic), and Cartagena (Colombia).
In addition to these itineraries, MSC Poesia is set to commence the season with a 20-night Panama Canal cruise departing from Seattle to Miami on September 28, 2026. This voyage includes stops in Los Angeles, San Diego, Cabo San Lucas (Mexico), Puntarenas (Costa Rica), Colon (Panama), and Cartagena (Colombia).
Passengers have the option to enhance their experience by booking the Aurea Experience, which, starting July 1, 2025, will offer additional amenities such as priority disembarkation, a complimentary minibar refresh, an in-suite Nespresso coffee machine, spa access, and flexible dining options.
Beyond MSC Poesia, MSC Cruises' winter 2026–2027 program includes 7 ships departing from U.S. ports, offering a variety of Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries. Notably, many of these cruises feature a stop at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the cruise line’s private island in the Bahamas.
