The Love Boat's Ship Scheduled to Visit Cornwall

The luxury cruise ship that was used for the TV show The Love Boat will visit Cornwall this week.

Princess Cruises' liner Pacific Princess will call at Falmouth UK on Wednesday, July 31. The 30,277 GT-ton cruise vessel will bring ~750 tourists from different countries to County Wharf. Pacific Princess is scheduled to arrive at ~9:00 am and leave at ~5:00 p.m.

The 11-deck ship begins an 18-night Greenland & Iceland (Optional Edinburgh Military Tattoo) voyage roundtrip from Dover UK on July 30 and will take travelers to Falmouth, Cork, Prince Christian Sund (Greenland), Qaqortoq, Nanortalik, Reykjavik, Isafjordur, Akureyri, Rosyth. She will sail back to Falmouth again on September 12, 2019.

Pacific Princess was used for the popular TV series "The Love Boat", aired between 1977-1990. The series revolved around ship's Captain, Merrill Stubing (role played by Gavin MacLeod), the crew, and several passengers.
