Vacationers looking for their next adventure can now follow in the footsteps of the fictional explorer Phileas Fogg in an "Around the World in 80 Days" voyage introduced by Fred Olsen.
The voyage departs in February 2023 from England (both Liverpool and Southampton) and will ofer exceptional experiences. Feature call ports include Safaga (seaport to Luxor) coinciding with the 100-year anniversary of Tutankhamen tomb's discovery and also port visits in Japan timed to capture the country's cherry blossom season.
The 80-day itinerary on Borealis will take place in the novel's 150th anniversary year and will call at many of the ports visited by Fogg, such as Mumbai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, San Francisco.
