Seabourn announces Fall, Winter & Spring 2022-2023 cruises

The Carnival Corporation-owned ultra-luxury brand Seabourn announced its new Caribbean, Panama Canal, Asia, Pacific and Indian Oceans' voyages scheduled for fall 2022, winter 2022-2023 and spring 2023. The itineraries are now open for sale.

A range of itineraries is offered throughout each of the regions, with sailings in the Caribbean, Panama Canal, along the coasts of Australia and New Zealand, as well as throughout greater Asia, of 7 to 35 days.

The entire fleet of Seabourn will be on the move to popular port cities and hidden gems accessible only to smaller vessels. Highlights include Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Sojourn sailing to the Caribbean, Seabourn Quest transiting the Panama Canal to explore Central America's western coasts, Seabourn Encore sailing into Southeast Asia from the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and Seabourn Odyssey visiting Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Rim countries.

There are options to combine cruises into a longer getaway.

Maiden ports of call include Tioman Island Malaysia and Port Royal, Kingston Jamaica.

CARIBBEAN

Seabourn Ovation is for the first time sailing the Caribbean from December 2022 through April 2023 with three 7-day roundtrips to Barbados (Bridgetown), as well as ten 7-day voyages between Barbados and Saint Maarten (Philipsburg). The ship is offering a 10-day Antillean Holiday trip starting December 17, 2022, and calling at the islands of Aruba (Oranjestad), Bonaire (Kralendijk), Curacao (Willemstad), followed by an 11-day Caribbean New Year cruise starting December 27 and featuring the best of the Caribbean, Antigua, Barbuda, Martinique, and more. The Caribbean season wraps up in April with an 8-day Atlantic Sunrises voyage between Barbados and Miami Florida.

After a 12-day Autumn Atlantic Sojourn crossing the Atlantic Ocean from Lisbon, Portugal to Miami FL, Seabourn Sojourn is sailing the Caribbean from November 2022 through January 2023, offering three 11-day Gems of the Leeward Islands cruises and one 16-day Holiday Caribbean Sojourn, all sailing round-trip from Miami FL to visit popular island destinations like San Juan, Saint Barts, the hidden harbors of Guadeloupe and Jost Van Dyke.

PANAMA CANAL

Seabourn Quest is exploring the Panama Canal with four 14-day Panama Canal Quest cruises between Miami FL and Panama City (Fuerte Amador) during November and December 2022. The voyages offer opportunities to discover cultures that outlived their colonial beginnings in Costa Rica and Mexico, remnants of ancient Mayan civilizations, and tropical destinations in Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and more.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Seabourn Odyssey is sailing the coasts of Australia and New Zealand during the whale-watching season from December 2022 through March 2023, with five 16-day cruises between Sydney and Auckland taking in Fjordland National Park, Kaikoura on NZ South Island, and more. Also available is a single 14-day New Zealand Yacht Harbors journey focused on yacht harbours like Timaru, Christchurch (Lyttelton), and New Plymouth, as well as a 16-day Queensland Coast & Orchard Isles trip that is heading toward Indonesia. Travellers have the option of choosing a pre-/post-cruise Seabourn Journey to The Red Center & Great Barrier Reef, exploring Sydney's Rocks precinct and Botanical Garden, as well as a private tour of the Sydney Opera House; a flight to the Red Center region of Australia to tour the 500-million-year-old red rock domes of Kata Tjuta and The Olgas; a trip on the Daintree River as well as guided forest walk to the Botanical Ark in UNESCO World Heritage Daintree National Park; a full day of snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef from a catamaran.

ASIA

Following her season in Australia & New Zealand, Seabourn Odyssey is spending spring 2023 in Asia, cruising through Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as along the coasts of China, Japan, Taiwan with voyages ranging between 14-35 days. The 14-day Gems of Indonesia & South China Sea from Benoa Bali to Hong Kong provides an in-depth exploration of Indonesia and the Philippines. The 14-day China & Gems of Japan from Hong Kong to Kobe (Osaka-Kyoto, Japan) features an overnight in Shanghai, calls in Taiwan and Japan, and a visit to Okinawa, popular as the "Japanese Hawaii." The 14-day Island Jewels of Japan circumnavigates the country, sailing from Kobe to Yokohama with destinations including Ishinomaki ("Japan's Venice"), where tens of thousands of Jewish refugees fled during WWII. The Kuroshio Route is Seabourn Odyssey's 21-day voyage from Yokohama to Vancouver with an overnight in Petropavlovsk, Russia prior to crossing the north Pacific to Alaska.

Seabourn Encore is exploring a different side of Asia, spending December 2022-April 2023 sailing from Athens (Piraeus) to Hong Kong. Offerings include a 17-day Holy Land & Arabian Gems voyage from Athens (Piraeus) to Dubai with highlight calls including Petra (Aqaba), Tel Aviv (Haifa), Jerusalem (Ashdod), Muscat; and a 16-day Pearls of Arabia & India, sailing from Dubai to Singapore, including an overnight in Mumbai. The cruise ship then offers the line's popular 14-day Vietnam, Thailand & Cambodia cruises between Singapore and Hong Kong, alternating with a 16-day journey visiting the Philippines, Malaysia, and China. The popular sailings feature calls at Halong Bay, Vietnam, and overnights in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Bangkok (Laem Chabang), Manila, as well as optional overland tours out of Sihanoukville to Ho Chi Minh, and to Angkor Wat (Siem Reap), the largest religious monument in the world by land area.
