Historically, the venue has been associated with food and wine tastings and has included a cocktail bar that was once branded as the “Molecular Bar” and later referred to as the World Class Bar, serving a menu of specialty and creative mixed drinks prepared by trained bartenders in the evening hours. The area has also been used for occasional tastings of wines and other beverages, and at times has hosted fashion and art presentations alongside the retail boutiques around it. The space functions as a combined retail-and-tasting environment rather than a dedicated restaurant or standalone bar, and any tastings and drinks are generally offered at additional cost or charged individually, separate from the base cruise fare.

World Class Bar (fka Molecular Bar, open between 5-12 pm) is a dedicated premium cocktail bar located midship, near the shops and the Galleria Tastings area. It evolved from the former “Molecular Bar” and is focused on craft cocktails made with fresh ingredients and high-quality spirits, prepared by mixology-trained bartenders; the drink list is distinct to this venue and does not include standard bar items such as beer or basic wine by default, and drinks are charged separately from the base cruise fare (they can be covered up to a limit depending on the beverage package terms). The venue generally operates in the evening hours (often from late afternoon into midnight), and offers seating at the bar and surrounding tables.

Art Gallery is a public area where a rotating collection of visual art pieces is displayed for passengers to view and, in many cases, purchase. The gallery showcases a variety of artworks and often hosts daily exhibitions and sales, with selections that can include paintings, prints, sculptures and other fine art. Art auctions and sales events onboard are typically conducted through a partnered art dealer, and the space is used both for viewing and for participating in auction and art-related activities during the cruise.
