Celebrity Summit (2001-built, “Solsticized” in 2012, last refurbished in January 2025, and part of the "Celebrity Revolution" program in March 2019) is the third of Celebrity Cruises Millennium-class ships—alongside Constellation, Infinity, and Millennium.
The Celebrity Summit cruise ship deck plan includes a total of 1,079 staterooms for 2,158 passengers (maximum capacity 2,590), served by 1,000 crew members. The vessel has 12 passenger decks (8 with cabins), 9 restaurants/food venues (including 4 specialty dining options), 11 lounges and bars, 3 swimming pools (one covered), 6 Jacuzzis (outdoor whirlpools), and 10 elevators.
The ship does not have self-service laundry facilities. Laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing services are available at an additional charge (per item pricing).
Cruise ship Internet "Xcelerate"
Since 2016, Celebrity Summit has offered “Xcelerate”—high-speed Internet access available throughout the entire itinerary, including ports of call and sea days. The satellite-based technology ensures fast and stable VPN connections, suitable for HD streaming and browsing.
- The Xcelerate Internet service supports fast streaming of music and HD videos (including YouTube and Netflix), uploading large photos, and video chats (FaceTime, Skype).
- Internet packages can be purchased either onboard or in advance during booking. Unlimited Internet pricing (per person) depends on cruise length—USD 140 (5–9 days) and USD 199 (10 days or longer). Passengers booking “Go Big” promotions receive complimentary unlimited Internet access.
