Fortunes Casino is the ship’s Vegas-style gambling casino lounge (age limit 18 yo, smoking not allowed) served by its own bar. The Summit’s Casino has gambling tables (Blackjack, Single Deck Blackjack, Roulette, 3-Card Poker, Craps, Caribbean Stud Poker, Electronic Pokermate /Texas Hold ‘Em, Lotto) and 188 slot machines (player tracking). The Casino opens at 9 am and is closed while the ship is docked in ports of call. Occasionally, the Casino hosts gambling (Slot or Blackjack) tournaments. Cash prizes are for the leading 6 players ($15000, $5000, $2500, $1500, $1000, and for the 6th - $150 /in free play or promo chips). Age limit for gambling tournaments is 21+ yo. Blue Chip Club members accumulate points (according to the money spent in the casino) and receive various perks (incl free casino drinks, cocktail party invitations, even free Celebrity cruises). During tournaments, they receive either a complimentary round or
discounted buy-in.

Martini Bar (Martini tastings, specialty cocktails, with frosted main bar)

Rendezvous Lounge & Nightclub (open between 4 pm - 12:30 am) has a large dance floor, stage for live performances, grand piano, large windows (promenade views). This is the ship’s “dancing lounge” offering comfortable plush seating, karaoke and live music performances in the evenings (by a resident pianist and band music), daily art auctions, its own bar service.

Luminae (92-seats) is an exclusive restaurant for Suite Class guests only (excluding Junior Suites). Luminae is complimentary and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Catering to higher-paying passengers, the Luminae restaurant features classy furniture, luxury dining amenities, an intimate atmosphere, superb service. The decor is rich in gold and black, with lots of mirrors and plenty of light from floor-ceiling windows. The cuisine is international, with freshest ingredients (locally sourced), premium seafood and meat choices. The menu changes daily depending on the cruise itinerary (ports of call and region/destination) and time of the year (season). Among the menu items are Maine Lobster salad, Alaskan halibut, beef steak tartare, cote de boeuf (beef rib), veal loin, ragout, roasted squab (pigeon), handcrafted desserts. Luminae also has an extensive wine list (over 400 selections) and offers a gourmet dessert cart and daily presentations of premium chocolates.

Cosmopolitan Restaurant (aft-location, capacity 1150 seats) is the ship’s Main Dining Room (MDR). The restaurant is complimentary, on 2 levels (connected via sweeping double staircase) and features floor-ceiling windows. Cosmopolitan Dining Room serves open-seating Breakfast (7:30-10 am), open-seating Lunch (on seadays only- between 12-noon and 1:30 pm, on Deck 5 /upper level), open-seating Afternoon Tea (4-5 pm) and Dinner (with 2 assigned seatings- at 6 pm and 8:30 pm). “My Time Dining” (6-9:30 pm open-seating dinner) is available on deck 5 (upper level). Dining room menus offer – Breakfast (made-to-order eggs and omelets, poached egg bar, sausages, bacon, fruits, breads, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, pastries, waffles-pancakes station), Lunch (hamburgers, panini sandwiches, pizza, pasta bar, soups, salad bar, carving station, fried chicken, fish & chips, pies, themed cuisine -Indian, Italian, Chinese), Afternoon Tea (served with scones and mini sandwiches) and 4-course Dinner (appetizers, soups-salads, entrees, desserts-cheeses). Among the dinner menu items are pasta, pizza, seafood (shrimp cocktail, grilled-poached-broiled salmon, seared ahi tuna, lobster bisque), poultry (grilled chicken, duck, Cornish hen, pheasant), red meat (NY strip steak, prime rib, lamb chops), escargot, vegetarian dishes, chocolate cake, cheesecake, apple pie, creme brulee. Also available are gluten-dairy-lactose-sugar-free items and daily specials (based on cruise itinerary / ports of call). MDR also has a carving station, curry station, grill station (hamburgers, hot dogs), made-to-order stir fries station. At Dinner is offered Sommelier Recommends (separate menu section) suggesting wine pairing (red and white wines by glass or bottle with listed prices). For passengers bringing their own wine in the MDR there’s $25 corkage fee (per bottle). Dinner reservations by day can be made in advance (online). The MDR is closed for lunch on portdays (both levels). Note: Depending on cruise itinerary (ports arrival times), MDR times may slightly vary.
