Viking Venus deck plans

Deck layouts, review of facilities, activities, amenities

Viking Venus deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2026-2027-2028 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by Viking Ocean (Viking Cruises) deckplan pdf (printable version).

Each of the Viking Venus cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on Viking Venus staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.

MV Viking Venus (2021-built) is the seventh in a 10-ship series of identical vessels built for Viking OCEAN between 2015 and 2027 (fleet). The vessel’s design was specifically developed for Viking’s “small ship travel” all-inclusive vacation concept, combining the excursions-inclusive river cruising experience with an “affordable luxury” ocean cruising product.

Viking Venus’s deck plan features a total of 465 staterooms for 930 passengers, served by 470 crew and staff. The ship has 10 decks (6 with passenger cabins), 2 swimming pools (one infinity pool and one covered pool with a retractable roof), 2 whirlpool hot tubs, and 6 elevators (2 of which are panoramic, with glass walls). This is an adults-only ship (minimum age requirement 16) and does not offer dedicated children’s facilities or programs.

All cabin decks feature launderettes (complimentary passenger-use laundry facilities). These self-service laundry rooms are equipped with ironing boards, washers, and dryers, and detergent is provided free of charge.

Like her sisterships, Viking Venus offers an intimate, boutique hotel-style atmosphere with signature Scandinavian décor, luxury fabrics, spacious lounges with elegant leather furnishings, gourmet cuisine, and a curated art collection. Unlike most modern cruise ships, Viking OCEAN vessels do not include a casino (gambling lounge or bar).

Viking OCEAN ships incorporate some of the industry’s most advanced maritime technologies, including energy-efficient hybrid propulsion systems (diesel generators combined with gas turbines), optimized hull forms, and bulbous bows for improved fuel efficiency. The design also features solar panels (installed on the Magradome pool cover), further reducing emissions and environmental impact.
