Viking Vesta deck plans
Deck layouts, review of facilities, activities, amenities
Viking Vesta deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2026-2027-2028 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by Viking Ocean (Viking Cruises) deckplan pdf (printable version).
Each of the Viking Vesta cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on Viking Vesta staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
MV Viking Vesta (2025-built) is the 12th (and the 2nd in the second 6-ship series) of 16 identical vessels built for Viking OCEAN Cruises between 2015-2028 (fleet). The vessel design was specifically developed for Viking's revolutionary "small ship travel" all-inclusive vacation concept, which combines the "excursions-inclusive river cruising" experience with an "affordable luxury" sea vacation product. By design (modified/expanded version), Vesta's sisterships are Viking Vela (2024), Viking Mira (2026), Viking Libra (2026), Viking Astrea (2027) and Viking Lyra (2028).
Viking Vesta cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 499 staterooms for 998 passengers served by 470 crew/staff, 10 decks (of which 6 with passenger cabins), 2 swimming pools (1 infinity pool, 1 covered with a retractable roof), 2 Jacuzzies/outdoor hot tubs and 6 elevators (2 of which are panoramic / with glass walls). This is an adults-only ship (min age requirement 16 yo), without dedicated kids' facilities or programs.
On all cabin decks, there is a launderette (laundry room) with free-of-charge passenger-use laundromats. These self-service laundry facilities are equipped with ironing boards, washers and dryers. Detergent is also provided complimentary.
Like her sisterships, Viking Vesta offers an intimate, boutique hotel-like feel with her signature Scandinavian-themed decor, luxury fabrics, spacious lounges with classy leather furniture, gourmet cuisine and unique art collection. Like all Viking OCEAN ships, Vesta offers longer itineraries (with few sea days), plenty of daily scheduled onboard activities, several overnight port stays and a selection of premium tours (offered complimentary in each port of call). Unlike most new cruise ships, Viking OCEAN ships lack a Casino (gambling lounge and bar).
Viking OCEAN's ships are new-generation cruise liners implementing some of the industry's top maritime technologies. Among these are energy-saving hybrid engines (diesel generators and gas turbines), optimized hulls and bulbous bows for maximum fuel efficiency. By design, all Viking OCEAN ships also feature solar panels (installed on the Magradome pool cover), a feature common on the company's longships/riverboats, additionally minimizing the boat's exhaust pollution.
