HAL-Holland America unveils Panama Canal and Hawaii cruises for 2025-2026 season

HAL-Holland America Line has commenced bookings for its 2025-2026 Panama Canal and Hawaii voyages, offering departures from 5 USA homeports across a 5-ship fleet.

HAL's Panama Canal and Hawaii itineraries are scheduled between October 2025 and April 2026, spanning 15 to 22 days.

In the upcoming season, several firsts are featured in the Panama Canal itinerary, including the addition of Acajutla, El Salvador, on most sailings. Furthermore, guests have the opportunity to sail on the Pinnacle-Class ship ms Koningsdam as it traverses the canal for the first time. Additionally, ms Zuiderdam offers new departures from PortMiami, presenting voyages ranging from 15 to 22 days.

For the Hawaii voyages, ms Nieuw Amsterdam will debut, operating roundtrip itineraries from San Diego, California, alongside ms Koningsdam and ms Zaandam. These itineraries almost all include an overnight stay at Honolulu.

The starting cruise-only fares for the 2025-2026 Hawaii cruises begin at US$1,579, while Panama Canal fares start at US$1,779 per person, based on double occupancy. Additional charges include taxes, fees, and port expenses.

Key highlights of the Panama Canal season include voyages aboard ms Eurodam, ms Koningsdam, and ms Zuiderdam, departing from Vancouver, BC; Seattle, Washington; San Diego, California; or Miami or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Guests experience a daylight transit of the Panama Canal with informative commentary on the open decks. Itineraries encompass calls in various destinations such as Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and more. Select cruises offer multiple embarkation or disembarkation options.

The Hawaii cruise season showcases voyages aboard ms Koningsdam, ms Nieuw Amsterdam, and ms Zaandam, with ms Nieuw Amsterdam featuring its newest restaurant, Morimoto by Sea. Itineraries range from roundtrip from San Diego or Vancouver to Vancouver to San Diego. The "Circle Hawaii" itinerary visits ports including Nawiliwili, Kahului, Hilo, Honolulu (overnight), and Kona.
