CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has announced a significant extension of the Carnival Panorama's deployment from Long Beach/LA, California, into spring 2028.

Over 50 new cruises have been released for sale, with itineraries alternating between 6‑ and 8‑night sailings along Mexico’s Pacific Riviera.

The 6-night voyages feature extended stays at Cabo San Lucas—allowing for full immersion in beaches, nightlife, and water sports—and include a stop in Ensenada, noted for its wine country and coastal attractions. The 8‑night cruises are designed as a complete Mexican Riviera experience, calling at Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Mazatlán, and Puerto Vallarta. These itineraries allow guests to explore historic old towns, cultural districts, waterfront dining, art galleries, and scenic beaches.

Carnival Panorama will continue her year-round homeporting from Long Beach, serving West Coast travelers with this expanded schedule through at least April 2028. The Baja California and Mexican Riviera voyages are operated since 2018.

This deployment expansion aligns with CCL’s broader strategy to deepen its regional reach. Alongside Panorama, the CCL ships Legend, Spirit, and Luminosa will sail Alaska from Seattle and San Francisco, while Carnival Dream is set to relocate to New Orleans in May 2027, reinforcing the company's capacity in multiple North American homeports.
