Princess Cruises has opened sales for its most extensive European deployment to date, featuring 291 departures across 150 itineraries during the 2028 season.
Six ships will operate throughout Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, sailing from 13 embarkation ports. The programme includes voyages ranging from 7 to 53 nights and features 32 late-evening departures and overnight stays designed to provide additional time ashore.
Among the new additions for 2028 are maiden calls at Galway and Killybegs in Ireland, alongside 25 Grand Adventure voyages that combine transatlantic crossings with open-jaw itineraries.
One of the most notable sailings in the collection is the 53-night Pole to Pole Odyssey, departing Buenos Aires on January 4th, 2028 and concluding in Southampton. The itinerary includes scenic cruising along the Antarctic Peninsula, visits to the Falkland Islands, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Casablanca and La Coruña, before continuing north to Norway with an overnight stay in Tromsø and calls at Alta, Trondheim, Ålesund, Bergen and Stavanger.
Southampton will play a central role in the programme, with 41 itineraries scheduled between April and October 2028. Sky Princess and Majestic Princess will be homeported in Southampton throughout the season, operating voyages to Northern Europe, the British Isles and the Mediterranean. Caribbean Princess will complement the deployment with 19 open-jaw sailings from the port.
Among the shorter options, a 7-night Spain & France itinerary aboard Sky Princess departs on October 7th, 2028, calling at La Coruña, Bilbao, Le Verdon and Cherbourg.
Princess Cruises is also offering booking incentives for reservations made by July 14th, including discounts of up to GBP 800 per stateroom, priority access to dining reservations and complimentary stateroom location upgrades.
The cruise line indicated that the 2028 season represents its most ambitious European programme to date, bringing together nearly 300 sailings across 6 vessels. The expanded deployment is intended to provide greater itinerary choice for guests and travel advisors, while increasing opportunities for deeper destination immersion through a larger number of overnight and late-night port calls. According to the company, the programme has been designed to meet continued demand for premium, destination-focused holidays that combine extended regional exploration with the onboard experience for which the brand is known.
