Port Denarau Marina is a cruise port in Fiji, located on the privately-owned Denarau Island. The island is west of Viti Levu Island (Fiji's largest) and sized 3 km2 (1 mi2). Denarau Island is connected to Viti Levu (mainland Fiji) via a short causeway. The port is only 5 km (3 mi) northwest of Nadi and 10 km (6 mi) west of Nadi Airport.

Denarau Island is well known for its luxury hotels and resorts, and also with Denarau Golf Course (18-hole). This resort island has several premium hotels, including Hilton, Radisson, Sheraton, Sofitel, Worldmark, Westin. There is a large shopping district with restaurants, supermarket, bakery, beauty salons, cruise and tour operators.

Nadi (on Viti Levu's western coast) has an international airport and premium shopping areas. Cruise ships to Viti Levu Island dock at Port Denarau Marina (Denarau island). Nadi is nearly 200 km (125 mi) from Suva (Fiji's capital), but just 27 km (17 mi) south of Lautoka. Nadi is Fiji's 3rd-largest town, with population over 42,000.

The area surrounding Nadi City has mostly sugar cane fields, and the country's highest concentration of luxury resorts and hotels. Nadi is also popular with Wailioaloa Beach (0,5-mi long brown beach) and Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple (Southern Hemisphere's largest Hindu shrine).

Near Nadi are located Viseisei Village and Waqadra Botanical Gardens (privately owned). From Nadi, cruise ship tourists can also visit Momi Bay Battery Historic Park (guns and bunkers installed during ww2 against an eventual Japanese invasion). Another popular shore excursion destination is Mt Victoria (Fiji's highest peak with height 1324 m / 4344 ft) and its 3 native reserves.

Regularly scheduled ferries from Denarau connect with the island groups Yasawa and Mamanuca, including to premium resorts on the islands Kuata, Wayalailai, Waya, Nanuya Balavu, Drawaqa, Naukacuvu, Yasawa, Naviti, Matacawalevu, Yaqeta, Nacula, Nanuya Lailai, as well as to the island resorts on Tavewa, Malolo, Beachcomber, Mana, Tadrai, Castaway, Tropica, Wadigi, Tokoriki, Matamanoa.
