Jewel of the Seas staterooms (1072 total) include 61 Suites, 529 Balcony, 241 Oceanviews, and 241 Inside (3 Singles). Most cabins are 165-190 ft2 (15-18 m2). Most balconies are 45 ft2 (4 m2). The smallest is the Studio Interior (110 ft2 / 10 m2). The largest is the Royal Suite (1000 ft2 / 93 m2 plus a 105 ft2 / 10 m2 terrace).
The cruise ship has 19 handicap staterooms (ADA-certified, wheelchair-accessible) in the following categories: Junior Suite (2), Balcony (6), Oceanview (6), Inside (5). There are 36 cabin categories in total, including the “Guaranteed” categories (W-Suite, X-Balcony, Y-Oceanview, Z-Inside).

All Suites have a king-size bed, large bathroom (whirlpool bathtub, separate shower), vanity area, walk-in closet, and a large living area (queen-size sofabed, dining area/pantry, wet bar, kitchen, dining table), plus a private balcony (floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, whirlpool bathtub, sun loungers). Passengers in all Suites (excluding Junior Suites and Oceanview Suites) enjoy the following bonus amenities: Concierge Service (24-hour Concierge Lounge access with continental breakfast, hors d’oeuvres, CD/DVD library, private party arrangements) and priority services (Salon/Spa reservations, booking RCI cruise tours/excursions, dining reservations).
The Royal Suite has 2 separate bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds convertible to a queen), plus an additional room with bunk beds (for a 3rd/4th guest). Additional Royal Suite amenities include a media center (surround sound, large HDTV, stereo, CD/DVD player) and a baby grand piano.
Family Suites have 2 separate bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds convertible to a queen), an additional room with 3rd/4th bunk beds, a living room (vanity, double sofabed, dining table), and 2 separate bathrooms (both with showers; one with a bathtub).
All Balcony staterooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to a private step-out verandah.
1K-Family Oceanview (former FO/deck 12) are bow-facing cabins ideal for larger families. They accommodate up to 6 passengers, making them a more economical alternative to booking connecting cabins. Each stateroom has 2 large round picture windows, a separate bedroom (with Pullman upper/lower bunk beds), a large living area (1 double sofabed, 2 twin beds convertible), minibar, extra seating and closet space, and a bathroom (WC/shower).
Category VT-Family Oceanview Suite has 2 bedrooms—one with 2 lower beds (convertible to a double) and a second with 1 single bed and 2 Pullman/bunk beds—while the living room has a double sofabed.
All Oceanview (outside-window) cabins have a round picture window (24 in / 61 cm).
Category 2W-Studios are single inside cabins, all located on deck 4. These staterooms can be booked at single-occupancy rates and accommodate only 1 person. Jewel of the Seas’ single cabins are the smallest (110 ft2 / 10 m2) and are fitted with 1 lower bed, a small vanity area, and a bathroom.
All Jewel OTS cabins offer as standard amenities 2 twin beds (convertible to a Queen, or to a Royal King in Suites), ample closet/drawer space, a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, bath products), a sitting area (desk, drawers, vanity, sofabed/convertible), smart HDTV (infotainment system, Internet, on-demand movies), individual air-conditioning, direct-dial phone, electronic safe box and lifejackets (in the closet), radio, minibar, Internet access, and 24-hour room service (complimentary 5 am-12 am).
Some staterooms have either a sofabed or upper Pullman bunk beds for a 3rd/4th guest. The twin bed size is 36 x 82 inches (90 x 210 cm).
In-cabin babysitting is available at US$19 per child per hour (maximum 4 children per stateroom). For in-cabin use, guests may borrow movies, toys, and games suitable for children with autism.
RCI’s Wi-Fi costs US$15 per device per day (50% discount on a second device). The Wi-Fi provides shipwide coverage and is fast enough for streaming movies.
