Diamond Princess cruise ship starts Singapore homeporting season in Asia

Diamond Princess commenced her Singapore season, embarking on 10- to 14-day cruises in the region from December 2023 to March 2024.

The initial December voyages include visits to Koh Samui, Laem Chabang (Bangkok), Phu My (Ho Chi Minh City), and Da Nang in Vietnam. Guests can enjoy Christmas eve in Koh Samui and ring in the New Year in Ho Chi Minh City.

January and February 2024 highlight 14-day cruises exploring Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, with stops in Langkawi, Penang, Phuket, Koh Samui, Ho Chi Minh City, and Nha Trang. The February 6 cruise celebrates Chinese New Year in Penang and Port Klang, followed by a romantic Valentine's Day in Nha Trang.

Diamond Princess concludes her Singapore season with a 13-day repositioning cruise to Yokohama on March 5, 2024, just in time for Japan's cherry blossom season. The ship boasts Japanese-themed facilities, including a specialty restaurant and the largest open-air Japanese bath at sea.

Princess Cruises continues its presence in Singapore with upcoming visits in 2024 and 2025. Coral Princess sails a 33-day Southeast Asia, Hawaii, and Pacific Crossing cruise from Singapore to Los Angeles in October 2024. Island Princess' World Cruise includes a stop in Singapore on February 29, 2024, before sailing to Dubai. Discovery Princess, one of the newest Princess ships, will make her maiden call to Singapore in October 2025 on her way to Australia.
